This is the first release of my personal flood protection addon. I had originally planned on
releasing it with my script, but it has been put on the shelf. I've tested the addon 
fairly extensively and so far, have found no bugs. 

The addon works on the premise that personal flood protection should be as configurable as 
possible and still maintain some speed. Hopefully, I've scripted it well enough that even 
with alot of options, it will (hopefully) still perform well.

To use, load the two remote files, pprotdlg.mrc and pprotevents.mrc, in your remotes. 
Place protection.ini in the same directory as the two .mrc files.

It is important to place all three files in the same folder for the script to function correctly.

To open the options dialog, type /floodprot

Each type of protection is divided into tabs and further divided into either single user or 
botnet type floods. For any changes to take effect, you must click the apply button.

One additional note: if you have ctcp protection enabled in your mirc options, it will take 
precedence over the addon's ctcp settings. This isn't really a plus or minus, just a personal
preference in my opinion.

Oh, and don't do stupid shit like try to break the script. If you set 0 lines in cool seconds,
its going to mess up. Use common sense.
