A configurable personal flood protection addon for mIRC that detects and ignores users who exceed defined message thresholds across text, notice, CTCP, invite, DCC, query, and DCC chat events. Supports both single-user and botnet flood detection with per-type settings managed through a tabbed dialog accessible via /floodprot.
