A Windows DLL for mIRC that switches any mIRC window into fullscreen mode at configurable resolutions, color depths, and refresh frequencies. Also provides window region creation from bitmap transparency masks, cursor visibility control, and an mIRC script interface for menu-driven fullscreen toggling.
