CSB (Channel Service Bot) is an mIRC bot that combines NickServ and ChanServ functionality, allowing administrators to register nicknames and channels, manage AOP/VOP access lists, and enforce flood, clone, mass-deop, and takeover protections. It includes an optional file server module, a graphical options dialog, and a module compatibility tester.
