A DLL for mIRC that uses a Windows CBT hook to detect when mIRC window types (status, channel, query, send, get, chat, fserve, custom, channel list, notify list, URL list, finger) are created or destroyed. It fires a mIRC signal named "Winevent" with the event type, window class, HWND, and window title as parameters.
