A DLL and accompanying mIRC script (mIRCamp) that interfaces with WinAmp input, output, and DSP plugins to enable audio playback, playlist management, and playback control from within mIRC. Exposes functions for plugin loading, queuing files, seeking, equalizer control, and song-end notification via mIRC's MIDIEND/WAVEEND events.
