Bridges an IRC channel to a TeamSpeak 2 server via TCP query socket, allowing IRC users to list connected TS users, kick, ban, unban, message, and view server info using !TS commands. Monitors TeamSpeak server logs and relays connect, disconnect, kick, chat, and channel events to the configured IRC channel in real time.
