SysOp IRC Services is an mIRC-scripted IRC services package that runs as a bot connecting via server link, providing nickname registration and protection, channel registration and management, IRCop tools, a note system, seen tracking, and spam/badword filtering. It targets UnrealIRCD 3.2.x and includes a multi-language response system, email-based account verification, and configurable access levels for both channel and oper commands.
