Replaces the mIRC switchbar with a custom MDX-based toolbar dialog that lists servers, channels, queries, DCC transfers, DCC chats, and notify entries as buttons. Uses winattach.dll to attach and resize the dialog to fit inside mIRC's native switchbar area.
