A DLL package providing a safe window subclassing API for mIRC DLL developers, consisting of SubclassMonitor.dll and an API library that allow multiple DLLs to subclass the same windows without conflict. Includes suspend/resume of subclassing on WM_CLOSE, enumeration of active subclasses, and an example DLL with mIRC script.
