An mIRC script that turns mIRC into an HTTP-based MP3 radio streaming server, serving audio to Winamp and other media players over a socket connection. Includes a GUI dialog for playlist management, IP banning, listener tracking, and song queuing, and depends on WhileFix.dll for while-loop processing and threaded file scanning.
