Memo Express is a DALnet MemoServ client addon for mIRC that automatically downloads, stores, displays, and manages received memos via a GUI dialog. Features include memo encoding/decoding with a two-phase algorithm, forwarding, CC sending, sender blocking, automatic expiration, and sound/dialog alerts for new memos.
