Complete Protection System (CPS) is a channel and private protection add-on for mIRC that detects and acts on 43 IRC rule violations including flood, spam, swearing, clones, drones, and on-join offenses. It uses hash tables, signal events, and aircdll.dll for processing, and provides per-channel configurable kick/ban settings via dialogs along with a socket-based spam checker bot.
