Implements the Blowfish symmetric encryption algorithm entirely in mIRC script (no DLL required) for encrypting and decrypting channel and query messages. Provides a right-click popup menu for managing encryption keys, toggling encrypt/decrypt per channel or nick, and sending or reading encrypted messages.
