Arise is a tray popup DLL for mIRC that displays configurable desktop notifications for IRC events such as channel messages, private messages, joins, parts, kicks, nick changes, quits, and topic changes. Popup appearance is controlled via mIRC variables covering font, colour, and on-screen duration settings.
