A DLL for mIRC that preserves multiple consecutive spaces when echoing text to windows, sending commands to IRC servers, sending text to DCC Chat windows, and retrieving input from "on INPUT" events. Targets specific mIRC versions (6.16–6.21) by using internal mIRC functions directly.
