mIRCStorm V2.0.0 is a full-featured mIRC IRC bot with tiered access levels (channel and global), channel management commands (op, deop, kick, ban, topic, modes), DCC partyline, multi-bot botnet linking over TCP/IP, flood protection, backup/restore, and a swappable personality file system. It includes a graphical setup dialog, addon loader, and user authentication via MD5-hashed passwords.
