A mIRC DLL that uses a Windows CBT hook to detect when mIRC windows (status, channel, query, send, get, chat, fserve, custom, channel list, notify list, URL list, finger) are created or destroyed. It fires a Winevent signal to mIRC containing the event type, window class, HWND, and title bar text.
