Plays user-assigned audio files (WAV, MP3, MID) in response to IRC events such as join, part, kick, ban, notice, query, nick change, DCC, CTCP, connect, disconnect, notify, and unnotify. Provides a GUI dialog for selecting, enabling, disabling, and testing sounds per event.
