MPhone is a 1-to-1 voice chat plugin for mIRC that uses a companion DLL and DirectX 9 DirectPlay/DirectPlayVoice to establish peer-to-peer audio conversations between two IRC users. It adds nick-list menu entries and slash commands (/MPhone, /MPhoneSetup) to initiate and manage voice calls over UDP/TCP port 4121.
