A password-based file encrypter and decrypter for mIRC that operates on arbitrary files using a custom 8-bit XOR-style algorithm. Provides a graphical binary/picture window interface with three encryption modes (Normal, Fast, Ultrafast) and a password comparison/recovery feature.
