A pIRCh98 GUI-based IRC bot control script that provides a windowed interface for managing a bot, including channel join/part/hop, op/deop, kick/kickban, topic setting, file server access, user list management, and a bot command line. Commands are relayed to the bot via NOTICE using a ~talk prefix.
