CloneStopper detects and removes IRC clones (multiple connections from the same host) joining a channel, alerting the operator and optionally notifying all ops via onotice. It supports on-join monitoring, on-demand channel scanning, configurable kick messages, a hotkey for manual kick/ban, and automatic Internal Address List (IAL) updates.
