An mIRC script that downloads files from HTTP and FTP URLs via sockets, supporting ASCII and binary transfer modes, resume, overwrite, and a graphical download progress window. Also includes a getlinks tool that fetches and parses hyperlinks from web pages, and a geturl tool for retrieving raw page content.
