W84U is a skinnable mIRC addon that displays a notify list window showing which users from the user's notification list are connected to IRC. It supports personal info exchange via CTCP, whois lookups with country flag detection, sound notifications, DCC chat/send, and a configurable skin system with BMP graphics and WAV sounds.
