ChannelGuard is an mIRC channel protection script that monitors and kicks/bans users for excessive CAPS, bold text, underlined text, background colors, swear words, illegal channels, and use of !list or !xxx commands. It tracks per-user kick and ban statistics, supports a configurable exclude list, and provides a dialog-based interface for managing all settings and counters.
