Tracks and stores the history of channel topics across all channels and IRC networks, saving up to nine past topics per channel (including setter and timestamp) to a topics.ini file. Provides a right-click channel menu to view or restore old topics, with options for per-network separation, topic flushing on startup, and automatic topic capture on join.
