mRadio! is a Shoutcast client addon for mIRC that retrieves the top 20 streams across 60+ genre categories from shoutcast.com and presents them in a GUI dialog for playback via Winamp. It includes a 10-band parametric equalizer with presets, volume/pan controls, mirror selection, stream info display, and an option to record streams to a local MP3 file.
