Displays user-assigned avatar images (BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG) in the mIRC nicklist alongside nicks, with support for nick masks (nick!ident@host) and configurable colors, alignment, and query window backgrounds. Avatars are assigned per nick via a right-click nicklist menu and stored in a plaintext list file.
