changes is a general-purpose mIRC script that has been maintained since 1996, providing channel management, away logging, XDCC file serving, CTCP handling, flood/shitlist protection, friendlist/userlist management, nick completion, and a built-in help system. It includes an addon loader, color set support, redirect output, and automatic script update via HTTP.
