IdleWatch monitors channel users for idling and can take configurable actions (advise, warn, kick, or kick after warning) when a user exceeds a set idle time limit. It supports single-nick, full-channel, and multi-channel monitoring with features including AutoTag, IdleGuard, AutoReport, OpNotice, remote CTCP access, and anti-anti-idle detection.
