Weather Client fetches and displays current weather data and forecasts by scraping http://mobile.wunderground.com via mIRC sockets, supporting city name and international station ID searches. It includes a channel bot mode with flood/spam protection, HTTP proxy support, configurable display output, and a signal-event interface for integration with other scripts.
