Bridges an IRC channel to a TeamSpeak 2 server via TCP query socket, allowing IRC users to list connected TS users, kick, ban, unban, message, and retrieve server info using IRC commands. Monitors TeamSpeak server logs and relays connect, disconnect, kick, and chat events to the designated IRC channel in real time.
