Displays a dialog showing server uptime, mIRC uptime, Windows uptime, idle time, DCC send/get counts, CPU usage, RAM usage, and lag via configurable meters. Includes a spam command to output selected system stats to IRC channels or users, and a version checker that fetches the latest release from the author's server.
