Maintains a persistent shitlist of hostmasks stored in mIRC's user list at level "aaslu", automatically kickbanning matched users on join, nick change, or when the operator is opped. Provides a GUI dialog for adding/removing entries with optional reason and channel scope, and supports scanning channels on-demand or automatically.
