Proxy Web Chat turns mIRC into a web-based IRC proxy, hosting a small website that allows users to chat on IRC through a browser without any Java applet. It supports multi-user sessions, private query windows, mIRC color rendering, smiley images, configurable channel/server lists, and HTTP request logging.
