Displays desktop overlay popup windows notifying the user of IRC events (private messages, highlights, connects, disconnects, CTCPs, DCCs, notices, kicks, bans, notifies, whois results, and word triggers) without requiring mIRC to be the active window. Part of the YAmIRC Script project; uses the MDX and color DLL extensions for rendering.
