An mIRC addon that allows users to browse and view image files (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .ico) from configurable source directories via a dialog interface. Supports small (250x188) and large (full screen resolution) view modes using mIRC dialog icon controls, with sources stored in a hash table.
