A drawing/paint script that opens a custom mIRC picture window and provides tools for freehand drawing, shapes (rectangles, ellipses, lines), text rendering, background fill, image loading, and saving. A dialog-based options panel allows selection of pencil size, color, font, and shape coordinates.
