An mIRC script that implements a standards-compliant FTP server (FTPD), supporting both PASV and PORT data connections, anonymous and authenticated user accounts, IP security, anti-hammering protection, scheduled start/stop, and activity logging. Users are managed via INI files, and the server is controlled through a graphical console panel rendered in an mIRC custom window.
