MTS Loader is a mIRC addon that loads, unloads, and previews MTS (mIRC Theme Standard) themes, supporting MTS version 1.3 and requiring mIRC 6.16. It provides a GUI dialog for managing a theme list, generating small and large previews, and configuring which theme elements (colors, fonts, pictures, timestamps, nick colors) are applied.
