OpsChat is a channel operator communication tool that opens a dedicated chat window using ONOTICE to allow ops-only messaging without voiced users seeing the conversation. It supports per-channel configuration, logging, timestamps, bot nick exclusion, nick color customization, and internal /topic, /mode, and /me commands within the ops chat window.
