mGUI is an mIRC scripting addon that allows script authors to create graphical configuration windows using .gui INI-formatted files, supporting controls such as checkboxes, combo boxes, text boxes, labels, titles, command buttons, and pictures. It includes a sample XDCC offer configuration script (xdccedit.mrc) that demonstrates dynamic GUI generation and popup management.
