An MTS-compatible (v1.0/1.1) theme engine for mIRC 6.01/6.02 that loads, previews, and applies IRC themes from .mts, .vpk, and .zip archives. Supports color schemes, nicklist coloring, fonts, background images, timestamps, and precompiles themes for performance.
