IntelliBan is an mIRC channel moderation script that analyzes a target nickname's address and automatically selects the most appropriate banmask (hostname, IP, vhost, or identity-based) before banning. It includes options for kick-on-ban, clone detection and kicking, and banlist management when the banlist is full.
