A tunnel/proxy/bouncer script for mIRC that allows a host PC to relay IRC connections for authenticated clients, forwarding their traffic to any IRC server using the host's IP address. Clients connect to the host's listening ports, authenticate with a username and password, and are then connected to their desired IRC server.
