HelpDesk SystemX is an mIRC bot script for managing moderated help channels (+m). It tracks a queue of users waiting for assistance, assigns estimated wait times on join, manages voice/devoice events to control who is being helped, and supports hold, next-in-line, and FAQ menu commands.
