A ChanServ-style channel service bot modeled after srvx, providing channel and account registration, tiered access levels (Owner, Coowner, Master, Op, Peon), ban/op/voice management, spam protection, topic enforcement, and miscellaneous channel toys. Runs as a standalone mIRC client and manages channel data via INI-file databases.
