Arise is a tray popup DLL for mIRC that displays customizable desktop notification popups for IRC events such as channel messages, private messages, joins, parts, kicks, quits, topic changes, and connection events. Popup appearance is configurable via variables controlling fonts, colors, transparency, animation style, and on-screen duration.
