AtrL fetches and displays the latest anime and manga torrent releases in mIRC by polling RSS feeds and web pages from multiple sites including Tokyo Toshokan, TorrentDB, DownloadAnime, DailyManga, and MangaNews. It supports favorites/ignore lists, highlight notifications, scheduled auto-refresh, per-site separate windows, and integration with anidb.net and AnimeNfo.com for title lookups.
